Off street parking is on the property. This is a non smoking home, and would prefer tenants are non smokers. The rooms in the house are quite spacious with tall ceilings in the living room, great kitchen, nice storage closets, and an additional alcove for a den space. Granite counters in the kitchen, Pine floors in the major areas and carpets in the bedrooms. Appliances include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas range, electric hot water tank, fridge. The home is heated with a gas, 95% energy efficient forced air furnace. Requirements for application: government id, credit report,650 minimum score, one month's proof of income, two last rental referrals, my application. There is no application fee. The owner is the manager, rent is due by the fifth day of the month , late on the 6th. Tenant will be responsible to manage yard care, basically mow, keep the yard tidy, city of Kirkland utilities (water, sewer, garbage), electricity, gas, internet. Pets: welcome Management: Owner/manager manages the property, along with repairs. The house is currently vacant, super clean, new paint inside and out, and ready for a new household.
