I have lived in this home since Day 1 and have been very happy with the quality of it's construction. The home is very peaceful as the neighborhood is both safe and quiet. I have never had a problem with crime EVER in 20 years. This is due to the fact that the Hunters Creek Community Association employs off-duty deputies who drive unmarked vehicles and routinely patrol the community and the Mallard Cove Subdivision. Though this is an non-gated community, IP camera's are in place at the entrance to track all arriving and departing vehicle traffic. Homeowner Dues are extremely low for a subdivision of this caliber at $284 quarterly. Recent upgrades include driveway 'pavers' and a Premium Leisure Aquatica AQ10X, 500 Gallon Hot Tub which is located on the rear patio facing the woods and protected conservation area. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
