This is a great home. We bought it new a few years ago and have enjoyed it since but are now looking to move out of state otherwise we would keep it. It has quite a few upgrades including ceiling fans, walk-in master shower with glass door, upgraded dark kitchen cabinets with stainless hardware, a dishwasher that's only been used once, and a full deck in the back which is great for entertaining or grilling. Basement is not finished but buyer could easily add another bed/bath if needed along with a personal touch.
