This is a roommate situation. I will live in the home for two to three months at a time when not in Greece. The house has a private entrance and is remodeled with engineered wood, tile and crown molding throughout along with custom granite countertops, stainless refrigerator, glass cooktop/stainless oven, microwave, dishwasher, new washer/dryer, bbq grill, patio furniture (covered private patio with ceiling fan and tv hookups), new roof, new exterior paint, new fencing, and new Pentek garage flooring in the one car garage. This house is across the street from Clark High School in the small private community of Village Green. One way in one way out. My property manager is licensed and will process the background check, credit check, application (fee 40.00) and set the potential renter up on an electronic transfer to pay the rent every month. Late fee of 25.00 a day will accrue starting the second day of the month. THIS IS A ROOMMATE SITUATION, me the Owner. I will come and go traveling for months at a time. quarterly pest control and HVAC maintenance checks
