** This is a two month temporary sublet from May 30 to July 31 2018 ** Beautiful 1880s Victorian home with large, open living space and two outdoor spaces (a large front porch and a back deck with grill, smoker, and large garden). We are a short walk (1 mile) to the OSU campus oval, two blocks from Kroger grocery store, and walking distance to all that the Short North and Italian Village have to offer. Easy on-street parking. Very large living area with high ceilings, leather sofas and chair, wood burning stove, baby grand piano, and lots of books. Large and recently remodeled kitchen with marble countertops, 6 burner gas stove and electric oven, and every imaginable kitchen tool. Super-autimatico espresso machine with milk frother for homemade espresso and lattes. Large table seats 8-10, and the dining room has three large windows into the backyard. Half bath off the kitchen. Full size washer and dryer in the basement. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (one cali king, one queen, one with full sofa pullout, one home office with two large desks) and one full bathroom. Large front porch with porch swing, two rocking chairs and a bistro table with two chairs. Back porch has rustic furniture and a large grill+smoker. Our 13 year old cat, Ophelia, comes with the house. She is a very sweet cat that mostly keeps to herself. We do not allow her into the two upstairs bedrooms. Renting our space means that you agree to give her some loving. Her food, water, and litter box are all automatic, so you do not have to deal with this except to check in occasionally that things are working (all are in the basement so you don't see or smell them). The cleaner will deal with all the food, water, and litter issues during her twice monthly cleanings. Available 5/30-8/1/18. Owner pays biweekly cleaning, gas, internet, and electric (up to $150/month)
