Our Brookland home's fully furnished private apartment is available for rent starting on or after June 1st. This is a bright, modern, impeccably clean apartment with tons of storage. Stylishly appointed with new furniture, it was finished just last year. The location is awesome -- just a short walk to the red-line metro (Brookland / CUA) and great 12th Street restaurants and bars (Brookland's Finest, Primrose, Menomale, Masala Story, Brookland Pint, Taco City, Chipotle, Starbucks...). Brookland is a delightful neighborhood within Northeast DC -- slightly removed from the bustle of downtown but within a quick commute of the Capitol and other DC destinations. Scene of some amazing DC history, and home to Catholic University, the Brookland Arts Walk, and a Saturday farmers' market.
