There is a shared bathroom, which has a new toilet, storage racks and a shower/bath. We have a living room with a lounge chair, TV, dresser, full table, high top table, utility closet and separate dresser for plants and our vinyl player. Full entertainment system with an XBox. The living room is connected to our kitchen and a small separate space, which we have a dining table. Kitchen has full working oven, dish washer, sink, pantry and fridge and freezer. Downstairs we have a washing machine + dryer which is always ready to use. We also have a garage, which we use for our gym and storage for bikes and misc. stuff. There is currently a squat and bench rack, dumbbells, rowing machine, cycle machine and pull up bar which all may/may not be here upon moving in, but the space will still be used for working out usually. We also have a backyard which is spacious with lights set up and two tables, chairs, a bench and a fire pit. Great spot to hang out and have people over any time of year. For utilities, expect to pay $150-$200 per person for WiFi, electric, and water monthly. We are 2 active working guys in our mid-late 20s. Both relaxed, like to hang out and that's pretty much it. We all make an effort to clean up after ourselves, and as long as you're not a disgusting slob then we should be good. GO BIRDS We are looking to replace our roommate who will be leaving, and looking to fill asap. Great price for a good location, walking distance to Broad Street and Fishtown and Northern Liberties. Bodega on corner for easy and quick food. Local bar around the corner for easy access and neighborhood fun.
