One of the nicest neighborhoods in Homestead, it's located close to shopping, home improvement stores, restaurants, and the Florida Keys! This was our home for the last few years and we are in search of someone that would take care of it as their own. The home boasts impact doors and windows, newer roof, new AC unit, new water softener, appliances less than 2yrs old, and upgraded electrical panel. Guest bedrooms recently received new floors. The yard is well kept and has a great patio paver in the fenced in back yard. The neighborhood is great for families with two parks, walking trails, lakes, and a well maintained clubhouse with pool and gym. One of the parks hosts basketball courts and tennis courts as well as playgrounds and open green spaces. Truly one of the nicest neighborhoods in Homestead. We are in the process of moving and will have photos up of the inside soon. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Rent is due by the first of each month. Late fees do occur if rent is late. Tenant is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of hot tub. If not needed it can be drained and disconnected from power. Any rules ordinances and compliance of expectations within the neighborhood and city. Unfortunately, we do not speak Spanish.
