This is a great house in the Oak Grove area, secluded but down right down the street from East Sunshine. There are multiple spaces for gathering and a good sized kitchen. The garage is spacious and street parking is available too. It is well maintained inside and out and has a fenced yard. Utilities and lawn care not included. Pet's are not preferred but negotiable. Renter is responsible for utilities and WiFi, along with providing a washer and dryer (hookup available). Preferably looking for at least a one year lease. Preferably no pets but it isn't nonnegotiable, but no smoking at all. It's a great home and I hope that the person who will live here will treat it with love and care.
