A unique alternative to apartment living, it is a completely freestanding little house with no shared walls and no one above or below you plus free off-street parking. All utilities, high-speed internet, and parking are included in the rent, with no additional utility charges. The cabin is directly on Metro Route 65, providing convenient transit to the University of Washington, Children's Hospital, and UW Medical Center. The Nooksack Cabin is charming and very compact, with a kitchenette featuring a two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, and eating counter. It is furnished with a twin daybed and trundle and has a small private full bathroom, along with built-in closets and drawers. On-site laundry is available. An approximately 8-minute walk into the heart of Lake City provides access to shopping, restaurants and eateries, the library, post office, and additional transit, including the 522 bus with connections to light rail and downtown Seattle. No smoking. Up to two pets considered with references and possible additional deposit. Credit check at cost per adult.
