Neighborhood Description This is a great neighborhood with a lot of young families here. We do have some older couples that enjoy the energy of the area. We have heard of a possible ski resort being built kiddie corner to us in the Rose Creek Canyon area. If so it will be the first to grace the West mountains along the Wasatch Front. A definite benefit if you don't want the drive. We are very close to main roads and can get to downtown in approx. 35 minutes. The beauty of living at the South end of the Salt Lake Valley is the slower pace with access to all the ammenities of the city. We were one of the last communities to be built on the larger size lots prior to the the huge inflation of mortgage prices. Similar homes built the year after ours (2005) were priced much higher and on lots varying in size from 1/8 acre to 1/6 acre.
