The apartment is top floor and on the corner so it's quiet and filled with light, it also has a balcony and large grassy backyard with a communal grill! Both bedrooms are large with their own closets and their own full bathrooms with tubs. The slightly smaller bedroom has an Elfa system in its closet, as does the storage closet. This is two Metro stops from Union Station (the Senate for future Hill staffers), one from Catholic University/Brookland, a 20-minute walk to Ivy City and a 30-minute walk to Union Market. We are also the last place in DC that has street parking if you have a car. Trash, water and landscaping are covered. You re only responsible for electric and cable!
