The apartment is located at the corner of 14th and Minnesota, only 4 blocks from Rawson school and still a walkable distance to the high school. The apartment is nice and well maintained, but there is no off street parking available. You will need to purchase a permit from the city of South Milwaukee. There are usually lots of on-street parking spaces available right next to the property. Also, there is no laundry hookup. There are at least two laundromats nearby, though. Our apartment is available immediately. Call or text to set up a showing. Owner pays water. Tenant pays for gas and electric. No dogs allowed. Must prove at least $1,875/mo in gross income and have no prior evictions on record in order to qualify. We will discount the rent by $25 bringing the rent down to $625 if you pay electronically online using our online autopay.
