The apartment has a dining room, living room, huge kitchen, a backyard and a in-apartment thermostat. The 10 minutes walk to A express train will take you to Fulton St in 30 minutes and the 7 minutes walk to Q52-SBS and Q53-SBS will take you to Queens Center Mall in 25 minutes. The bigger room($1100) is about 9'8" by 12'6" with two windows and the smaller room ($900) is about 7'5" by 11' with one window. Both rooms can fit a queen size bed and they both come unfinished. The utilities(electricity and WiFi)are not included. Available to move in from April 5th. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
