Rent is ONLY $1365! Utilities are usually ~200 (water and electricity). Great neighborhood with walking trail and creek. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is no carpet, vinyl throughout the duplex. Also, we painted the walls white, so it's not the beige in the pictures. Message me for application link or details!
