Conditions & Terms : - Lease Duration will last for 1 Year, starting on Signing Date. - No Pets Allowed. - No Smoking indoors. - Fireworks usage is not allowed within the premises - Tenants will be responsible for the property's utility payments. - Tenants will be responsible for the maintenance of the front & back yards (I.E. Rooting of weeds, trimming of any plants whether they were planted previously or currently, clearing any litter finding it's way to the property, etc.). - No internal or external modifications to the property, even when trying to ask for permission. - A Professional agreement will be made and signed shortly before the Tenant moves out. - Before the Tenant moves out of the property, he/she will schedule a Contracted Cleaner to ensure the property is made to the condition of how the property looked like before moving in.
