The house has cherry laminate through most of the lower level, neutral carpet upstairs and tile in both full baths. The family room has a slate fireplace which makes for a perfect focal point while you listen to music from the in-wall surround sound system. The garage is finished and heated with built in workbenches and storage. It easily fits 2 SUV's and my woodshop. We also had a humidifier system installed in the furnace to help with the dry climate. The homebuilder still uses this home as his showcase when prospecting to buyers of his other homes. Finally, an amazing view of Mt. McKinley can be seen from almost every room in the house. Neighborhood Description Neighborhood is quiet with about 50% military families. Also a poplular neighborhood for builders. Most of the streets are not through streets so traffic is low and everyone respects the high amount of children playing in the area. Association fees are very low ($42 / quarter) and the bus for Birchwood practically stops at our door.
