Do not rent this home it is a fire hazard and has multiple zoning issues and mold in all the walls I have proof of it I lived there and they robbed me out of thousands of dollars and made all my kids sick because of mold and old wiring almost caught house on fire they don't fix nothing and they told us they don't care about kids or people with disabilities. Oh and don't forget to mention they will make a fake lease with a bunch of added on amounts u supposedly owe if they evict you and fraudulently sign your name for you on the paper work. They also don't let you have nothing outside in your carport or it's a 200$ fee added onto rent and they stalk you taking pictures if u do have anything outside. Good luck they are a worth less landlords and I would never in my life recommend renting from their shiesty minds and personality.
