Located in the Zaferia neighborhood, the unit is 2 miles from the beach and CSULB, has easy access to the 22, 405, and 710 freeways, and is next to major bus lines. The unit is within walking distance of grocery stores, many highly-rated restaurants and bars, several coffee shops, and parks. Rent includes water, sewer, gas, and trash; renters are responsible for electricity. The rental comes with two designated parking spaces in the garage.
