The apartment is located on the west side of the building, so the electric A/C bill is low in the summer. There is one off-street parking space. The house is located on a large double lot, so there is plenty of outdoor space for entertaining, planting, composting, hens, etc. Large shed with room for bikes in the back yard. We are asking $1100 a month rent with one month security deposit, upon signing a one-year lease. Cats are okay with an additional $300 refundable deposit. In addition, a credit check is required, along with references from previous landlords. Tenants are required to pay utilities (gas and electric). Water, trash, and recycling are included in the rent.
