    What's special

    Bright two bedroom with living room, eat-in kitchen, and large bonus room available for rent in December. Every room has a window, to let in natural light. Several of the rooms have exposed original brick. The floors are tile throughout the entire apartment. The unit has central air and heat, no window or wall units. Most rooms have brand new ceiling fans. Refrigerator, gas stove, washer, and dryer are included in the unit. The apartment is located on the west side of the building, so the electric A/C bill is low in the summer. There is one off-street parking space. The house is located on a large double lot, so there is plenty of outdoor space for entertaining, planting, composting, hens, etc. Large shed with room for bikes in the back yard. We are asking $1100 a month rent with one month security deposit, upon signing a one-year lease. Cats are okay with an additional $300 refundable deposit. In addition, a credit check is required, along with references from previous landlords. Tenants are required to pay utilities (gas and electric). Water, trash, and recycling are included in the rent. I will be showing the apartment on Saturday November 15th between 11 am and 3 pm. Friday, November 14th and Sunday, November 16th are by appointment. I will be adding more photos soon.
