It is perfect apartment for a couple. It is also a good choice for 2 people to share, as the living room is really as good to live in as the bedroom. A garage and a resident parking lot are available. In Dartmouth Court we have swimming pool, gym, spa, everything you can think of. Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air-conditioner, everything have been perfect since I moved in. Really perfect if you are attending UC Irvine's summer sessions.1,700 is for all the fees included.
