I was told that that this lovely building was built around the turn of the 19th century by a stairway and fireplace builder, and it has all the wooden amenities to prove it. The fireplace has built-in cabinetry with leaded glass. There is stained glass and hardwood floors. The bedrooms, living room and dining room have bay windows. The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with shower. The living room/dining room is 30 feet across with good reflected light. Appliances include a refrigerator and gas stove, dishwasher and disposal.
