Pets: We accept a maximum of 2 pets up to 25 lbs. with an additional monthly Pet Fee of $30 per pet. All pets must be at least 1 year old. Proof of spaying or neutering and vaccinations are required. Breed restrictions apply. Utilities: Residents pay for PG&E. A prorated share of the water, sewer, garbage, and building gas is in addition to the base monthly rent.
