This room is awesomely big at 15' by 13' and comes furnished with a Twin-XL sized bed, wooden desk and chair. I will bring all that back up from the unfinished basement so it's ready for you when you move in (the pictures show my furnishings that I'd be taking with me). To give perspective of the room size, the bed is a queen. Google Fiber Gigabit internet is shared with a neighbor, so everyone contributes $10 a month for blazing fast speeds (ethernet is available in the room). This has seriously been awesome! There are two considerate roomies that each have their own bedroom, sharing a bathroom. Washer/Dryer is also in the home. There are two parking places that are covered (which is super nice during the Winter) and one roommate parks on the street. Rent is $430 per month. Contract ends on August 20th, 2016. There is a convenient auto-pay feature that has been nice. Utilities is shared among tenants. My monthly contribution towards utilities has been around $40-45, it's just evenly split between three. IMPORTANT: The availability of this is contingent on me getting into my very own first home, which closes February 18th.
