One block from Grand and Roosevelt, Arts District, First Friday, restaurants, and walk/bike to downtown and ASU. $200 Monthly Fee includes all utilities and internet (electricity, water, gas, trash, and shared internet with the main house). Total monthly is $1500. Pets ok must get along with our own pups as we share a yard. We are a family in the main house and relaxed, active, and artsy. NOTE: The house is currently occupied. Drive by only and/or call for an appointment - please do not worry about the tenant. All utilities included. The lease is 12 months. The cottage has its own fenced, tiny yard and a small pet door in case you want to keep a pet from entering the shared yard with our front house. We have two dogs. Pets ok as long as they all get along
