Property Manager will make every effort to re-rent the property, however, if the property is re-rented for less than the original term, (due to late cancellation), the difference between the original contract amount and the re-rented contract amount may be deducted from the Property Hold Deposit. * Cancellation After Occupancy: Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
