This is a spacious first-floor condo in the Stone Creek community, just minutes from USF. The unit features laminate flooring in the bedroom and tile throughout the rest of the space. It also includes a large pantry, washer and dryer hookups, and a screened-in balcony. The community offers a great pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Pets are welcome, but there are restrictions on weight and number. To move in, we require a credit and background check, which is $55 per person. The application fee is refundable if the applicant signs the lease. If the application is approved, the first and last month's rent, along with the security deposit, will be required to move in.
