Cleaning will be shared amongst all tenants (vacuuming, sweeping, disinfecting, dishes, etc). Criminal background and credit check for all tenants. Required to be relatively quiet during the times of 7:30am-5:30pm M, T, Th, and F due to landlord working from home. No breaching of privacy (going into any personal space including rooms, laundry, vehicles, electronics, bags, or anything that the person may deem private). If breached, tenant understands they will be immediately removed from the lease and property and their deposit of $850 will not be returned nor any remaining days associated with rental cost. This is out of respect for ALL roommates, not just the landlord.
