This is a new house in the Millerville part of Baton Rouge. Rent includes all utilities - electric, water/sewage, lawn, security, pest control + Cox Gigablast WiFi are all included. Dishwasher, back patio, grill, electric fireplace, laundry washer & dryer are all here. There is an 85" TV in the living room which is totally great for gaming. I love my Xbox! You will have your own bathroom. I have two cats which are indoor cats. My cats (Felix & Felicity) love people. My girl can hide a lot though. My boy will try to get in bed with you. Other pets will not be accepted unfortunately. You will have full use of the gym, hot tub, dry sauna, massage chair and you can also fish in the lake in the back. There are three raised garden beds if you would like to garden. I don't really have a whole lot of rules other than honesty, respect etc. Hit me up and let's see what we can work out. No couples unless you want to pay the full price of both rooms. I am an Air Force veteran and I live in New York. There are two rooms total available for rent. They are priced the same because I stay at the house whenever I am in town which is about once every three months (on the couch). I also keep a small portion of my things in the Master bathroom. Also the massage chair is in the Master bedroom which everyone in the home has to have access to within reason. No pets as there are already two cats. Smoking is cool outside. Parking is driveway/street.
