Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. References and security deposits are required. Please Note: Pictures were taken over several years.
