SKI-LEASE FOR SINGLE FAMILY ONLY (no groups)! Bring your family to Tahoe Donner to enjoy Truckee's winter wonderland! My lovely house is comfortably and beautifully appointed with a contemporary mix of furniture, in a traditional Tahoe Donner home. The huge master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, a big walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a large soaking tub/shower for post-skiing relaxation. Just outside of the master bedroom is a cozy loft with games, a card/game table, a small desk and a love seat. It is the best room in the house to catch the morning sun! On the main floor is the open living room, dining room and kitchen, flanked by floor to ceiling windows that open onto a full deck. The house sits high on the street, so there is a view of not only trees but a bit of the mountain on the other side of Tahoe Donner. The open living space on the main floor feels especially comfortable when the gas fireplace is turned on, providing heat and atmosphere! Of course, there is also a furnace to heat the house and every bed has electric blankets. The bedrooms on the main floor are both nicely furnished - one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds, and both have large closets and dressers. The other full bathroom, with two shower heads, is also on the main level. And for the ultimate relaxation, there is a sauna at the back of the house, accessible from one of the bedrooms. The one-car garage has sleds for the kids, and room for skis, boots, and poles! Utilities and snow removal are included in the rent. However, keeping the deck shoveled is the responsibility of the tenants. Guest passes to Tahoe Donner's wonderful gym, and downhill and cross-country facilities are available for up to four people. Seeking single family for the duration of the ski-lease. No pets allowed. The house is available for a single-family ski-lease between November 1 and April 30 (the exact dates are flexible but a minimum four-month stay is required.) All utilities and snow removal are included. A security deposit of $2,000 is also required, and there is a final cleaning fee of $300. No pets are allowed.
