The only part of this house not new is the slab and cinder block shell. It has framing inside the shell the same as a conventional wood frame house with hurricane clips top and bottom of studs, 130mph windows, 40 year metal roof, making it possibly the strongest house in the Parish! Also has exterior breaker panel with generator hookup, ceramic floors throughout, large utility room, large bonus room, ceiling fans through out, granite counter tops and higher end appliances. Very nice.
