The subdivision numbers approximately 56 houses, is in a rural area surrounded by woods and fields, but is just half a mile from the nearest main road. There is one street that makes a loop and comes back to the subdivision entrance, so virtually all the traffic is comprised of residents. All of the homes have some acreage to them, ours has one of the larger parcels at 2.64 acres. Homes and yards are very well kept, it is a lovely neighborhood. Residents are a mix of families with children of varying ages, young couples with no children and middle-aged couples whose children are grown. Many of the residents have a dog or two. In the 12-1/2 years we lived there, not aware of any crime problems in the subdivision.
