This cabin is located in riverridge golf and campground bracey va which is gated. it's not a lake view lot but walking distance to it..several boat docks and boat ramps.which docks are $250 a year dues $310 year..gas or electric golf carts are ok.Swimming pool tennis courts..club house bingo.cornhole, djs at time and really good bands..this is a yearly place with a mixture of camper ,manufacture and stick built. this lot is level compared to many others and has a paved road. i have another lot on gravel that in the summer gets really dusty with cars and carts running all the time..the building is a 22 x36.i started enclosing half which is 11x 36 living room kitchen combo.. bed room is 11x 12 big roomy bath is 11 x 8 ..i then decided to move closer to my kids althought i still have another lot.i have just about everything there for it except sheet rock and insulation.in the price i am including the golf cart and camper which there is a 30 amp service for it and septic hooked up. i am still working on few things like turning the camper around and graveling the front for parking and will gravel the back for more parking.This is a great retirement place the yearly dues are $310. they have there on water system so bill is low and electric text or call with any questions . I will be adding updated pics as i continue to work on it..I will have it fully enclosed and porch screened in before closing..200 amp breaker box. items that come with property that need hooked up or installed.
