We are a group of young professional guys, ages 23-28, all relatively recent college grads. We have a great apartment very close to Main Street in Manayunk. One of our roommates will be moving out, so we are looking for a similar guy to take his place. We are "normal" guys with regular interests (work, gym, sports, some gaming). We hang out a bit together and bounce around Main Street, but everyone also has their own lives. We socialize with some of the neighbors and enjoy a few beers or cocktails on the weekends. We are looking for a similar guy (college grad professional in same general age range) to join the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a 75" flat screen in the living room (which is where we tend to hang out). The available room is a good size with wall-to-wall carpeting and a ceiling fan. The rent is $650 plus a share of the utilities.
