This home is in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood. We are actually 3 doors from the 2nd beach of Grand Lake Saint Marys State Park. Most homes here are occupied year round but there are some that are only for summer vacation use. In the winter there is snowmobiling through the park and of course in the summer there are boats, pontoons and lots of jetskis there is quite a bit of activity in and about the park. Lots of fishing and other fun things to do in the area.
