Looking for Sublease I am moving to another suburb and I am subleasing my apartment located in Oak Park, the unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The unit is on the first floor. Rent amount is $ 1015. It will be available to move in May 1st (there is possibility of moving in before, third or fourth week of April). Lease is until June 30th but you can renew the lease for more 1 year. Easy. The rent is 1015$/month until June 30th and then if you decide to renew with them it will be 1039$/month. Very close to the green line (1block away, 3 minutes walking) and the supermarket (Petes Fresh Market, 7 minutes walking). The apartment has: Heater, gas, water included Laundry in the building Bicycle space Storage Walk-in closet Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and white cabinets Pet friendly Parking: on street. Pets: A maximum of one dog and/or 2 cats is allowed. While well-behaved pets are welcome, we do not allow ferrets in any of our buildings and are unable to accept the following dog breeds at this time: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, or any Wolf Hybrid. Residents must notify real estate agency about any pet(s) living on the premises and complete a Pet Addendum to the lease agreement. A $10 per apartment monthly pet rent is charged to all lesseges with a cat or other approved small mammal. A $20 per month pet rent is charged for a dog. A $25 pet rent will be charged to owners with both a dog and a cat. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damages to the apartment or common areas. Requirements: credit score 600 or up, 1 month and a half security deposity, application fee 50$, clean background check. No move in fee.
