It's the latest rage in the big cities, own a bldg. & live in a loft/flat downtown. Restaurants everywhere, & get 1750 sqft of space for $169,000 + the living room furniture and the cool original bar & credenza inside as part of the package. A better deal than a house. No yard to keep, high ceilings of ornate metal, all the wiring, ac system & hot water heater were replaced & brought to date. We are missing a shower/tub but have the room. Give it some thought it might be the perfect place to live and work
