The claim to fame is that these lofts were Fort Collins last functioning brothel. It's a historic building, and it attracts people who like unique and funky downtown living. Unit 4A runs along the north wall of the building. It has excellent sunlight and views. The current tenant is moving out after 5 years! It's a wonderful space.
