Close to many lovely cafes, restaurants, shops. Close to all subways. This private studio is in our beautiful SohoTownhouse where we also live. It is a warm and inviting place, but small, really fit for a single.. Beautiful Queen sized bed. The studio has a small kitchenette (no oven) with a small fridge and 2 burners. Also a microwave and toaster oven. This is the best neighborhood in NYC and living in the studio is being in the heart of it all! Heat, hot water, AC and excellent Wifi are all included. 3 flights up. No elevator. The Townhouse is very old (1826) The bathroom is very small but has a great shower and a full tub! We have 2 kids and a dog! You might meet them on the stairs.
