The house is a partially furnished 1,300 square foot, three-bedroom ranch-style home nestled in the quiet, desirable, and historic neighborhood of College Heights. A VERY short walk to campus, this home offers offers a peaceful retreat with a lovely backyard, trees, and a private deck. College Heights is a neighborhood that attracts professionals, families, and retirees, making it an ideal place for families, grad students, and working professionals. This one-story home may be rented as a single lease or as two separate leases (discount provided for a single lease.) The rent includes water, trash, and gas for hot water. The tenant(s) are responsible for electricity and internet. The house is a three-bedroom home; however, only two unrelated tenants are permitted to reside there (per zoning regulations.) The extra bedroom can be used as an office, storage space, or common area. IMPORTANT POINTS - PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS CAREFULLY The price is $1800 per month for a single lease. For two separate leases the individual leases would be $925/each, totaling $1850. As mentioned above, we are allowed to rent to a maximum of two unrelated people. This is in accordance with local zoning restrictions and is non-negotiable. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. If interested, an application form will be required which will include a credit check conducted by a 3rd party service. This credit check will require a small fee paid by the tenant to the credit bureau, and a non-refundable application fee of $20 paid to the landlords. The lease would go from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. The house is currently occupied but available for showing with advance notice. In-person is preferred, but I can do Zoom/FaceTime. The rent includes water, trash, and gas for hot water. The tenant(s) are responsible for electricity and internet. The lease goes from August 1 through July of the following year.
