Nice 5 bedroom home for rent across the street from Comstock Memorial Union at MSUM. Location is the best in the area if you attend MSUM or just nice if you have a family. Hardwood floors, tons of space, new furnace and central a/c. Plenty of parking. $1650 per month plus utilities and renters would be responsible for mowing and snow removal. Background checks will be done prior to rental. This home is a great deal for all you get. Please call Shelly at 218-233-4591 to inquire on renting.
