I welcome you to enjoy the living room, fully equipped kitchen, backyard, and newer in-home washer and dryer. Quiet street close to downtown Martinez and easy access to 680 and 4. Bedroom is approximately 10.5 x 12.5 ft with your own dedicated storage space in the kitchen, bathroom, and pantry (plus additional shared spaces). You're also welcome to use the garage to store larger items (bike, luggage, etc). This is a non-smoking home. Since there are already 2 cats I'm unable to accommodate additional pets. Room is best suited for one occupant. I'm open to occasional, infrequent overnight guests on case by case basis with prior communication and mutual respect for shared spaces. I am looking for a female working professional. $1250 monthly rent. Deposit is $1000. All utilities included in price (water/sewer, garbage, pg&e, high speed internet). Requirements to move in: $1250 (first month's rent) $1000 security deposit Minimum verifiable gross income of approximately $45,000/year (recent pay stubs or other income verification accepted) Credit and background screening (~$40-$55 paid directly to screening service) If interested please send me a message and tell me about yourself.
