The roof is less than five years old and the house and garage are vinyl sided so painting is not required. Steps down to the lake have several landings to rest and view the lake. We found that we got used to the steps in short order and saved us going to the gym for exercise. The property has a septic system and deep water well that is shared with two neighboring property. Costs about $150 per year for electricity for the well. Partially furnished. Needs paint, carpet replacement, and some cleaning up of brush to give best lake view. Otherwise ready to go, our long term tenant just moved out and we decided to sell it.
