When we bought this felt the need for our own familiar touch we loved location so quiet here. All prego floors throughout home large utility back room has a great attic space The kitchen has all been re -one the major bathroom has been re done also. my husband enclosed a brick wall in the livingroom which made it very dark, added a custom mantel and it looks beautiful now, the 3 beadrooms are quiet rooms, and 2 very large rooms, mstr. is 14x28,large walk in closet the other is 14x18, and the sm guest room or den or computer room is 10x12. the house has a room off the kitchen to store thinks like a pantry, but i hava a computer in it now, and shelves for my culinary things, the laundry room and back storage area is ample,, shaped in an L I would say a wide hall, then area around 18x10 its big universal. I also have an attic. Therf is a great back yard and an above ground pool, we love it, and low maintanence. We have put alot of money over the years into the nouse and we have enjoyed it so much., My husband loves to do any projects on the house and personal things He built our first home all by himself every nail. and I got to live in it completed for 6 mos. before he was transfered to here or her would have been out of work.
