We recently graduated from UW-Madison and moved out of our apartment after 5 years and are looking for someone who would like to rent an entire 2-bed 1-bath apartment available immediately. The apartment is located near south park street. The current rent for the entire apartment is $990 per month but we are willing to pay $100 per month in credit directly to the landlord so that you will be responsible for only $890 per month for the entire apartment. The current lease ends at the end of July and you can renew it for as long as you want after that. If you decide to renew the lease at the end of July your rent will be $990 per month. In any case, we will pay the $100 difference in the rent directly to the landlord and you will be responsible for only $890 until the end of July. The $890 rent also includes heat, storage, water, and a parking space. There is a $250 security deposit for the apartment but we are also willing to pay for it if you are able to move in immediately. There is no application fee but there is a background check as a requirement. The apartment has a no pet policy. The address is 1341 South St., Madison, WI. There is a nice walking trail nearby that goes right into Arboretum. The Pick 'n Save grocery store is 5 min walking away from the apartment.
