This is a great neighborhood close to a park, a lovely yard, perfect for dog owners. We have a pingpong table in the back yard that stays with the house. Minutes from downtown Decatur and Marta line, near Oakhurst, the Dekalb Farmers Market, and so much more. Out the door and a three minute walk to Dearborne park, a lush park with a creek. We live about 5 minutes away and can generally help with what's needed or will arrange somebody who can. Move-in date is set as early as June 14 but is flexible. Our current tenants are buying a house closer to where one of them works. I need notice for showings to arrange with current tenants. Owner pays water, renters pay for all other utilities and are responsible for yard Maintenance.
