Tenants have access to a private boat ramp for launching your boat and a community fishing dock. Included in the rent are; utilities, internet service, pool maintenance, lawn maintenance. Please note that the power bill is covered in the rent up to $350/month. If a bill exceeds that amount, tenants are responsible to pay the overage. App subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, Apple, Hulu etc) are not provided but there are TVs throughout the house and you will able to access these apps and log in to your accounts. There is a $300 cleaning fee due upon vacating. Pets are permitted (2 max) and a $400 non-refundable deposit is required per pet. Min. lease term is 2 months.
