Evergreen is a 29-unit affordable housing community which provides project based rental assistance. Units are either 2 or 3 bedrooms spread out between 7 buildings. We do accept vouchers! Managed by the John Stewart Company, we are committed to improving the quality and accessibility of affordable housing in the city of South Lake Tahoe.
