This is not a garbage new construction, but rather the best of both worlds. I kept the shell and built a new building using the original shell. So this house looks old, but if you look closely, you will see the new addition to the property. I could have made 3 units, but instead opted for 1 small unit and 1 gigantic unit that I lived in for many years. Just too big for me as our kids are grown. All the benefits of a single family home, yet taxes of a condo. Great area. Only getting better as the area thrives.
